I've had mine for a little over a month and have read where people have complained about the drill slipping so I took a 1/2" drill bit and ran it to the hilt into a 4X4 several times no wobble or slippage. I did have problems with my Craftsman speedlok set though because the drill bits work best in their own quick release and some of those did wobble. But again standard drill bits worked perfectly and are straight as an arrow. The drill is made by DeWalt or visa versa and the major two differences are the Firestorm uses the new slide on battery packs that give it up to 30% more run time and the DeWalt has 400 Lbs of torque vs. the Firestorm 280 lbs which seems to be plenty of torque for most uses. Over all for the money paid you get a quality product with a 2-year warranty. I did buy the fast multi-volt charger though because $29.90 on E-Bay for a brand new 1 hour fast charger with trickle charge just seemed like a good idea.
